Younin Headquarters: The Younin Headquarters is your average building. Because there are only nine Younin at any one time, there are only three underground levels, and the building's exterior is simply that of a two story Victorian house. The apprentice Younin are housed in the second story, while the other Younin either stay in apartments in the Hokage Palace or in the village proper.
Activating the Yochigan: The Yochigan is activated by pushing chakra into the eyes, and instead of wishing to see farther, the oracle would simply push to See Deeper.
The Bleeding: The Yochigan forces the eyes to see beyond normal human perception. As pushing it to see farther and deeper damages the eyes, it manifests as blood seeping from around the eye sockets around the eyeballs.
